Andi Kerenxhi | President

Before founding Ubineer, Andi was an analyst and trader at Extuple from 2013 to 2019. During that time, he was instrumental in co-creating and managing a thriving growth-at-a-reasonable-price (GARP) investment strategy with a focus on long-term ownership in public software companies. Simultaneously, in his role as a trader, Andi collaborated with a compact team developing proprietary trading strategies designed to capture alpha from market price fluctuations. This decade of experience as a "realist" in the markets —balancing deep fundamental research with technical execution — is what eventually led him to build the tools he felt the industry was missing.

Andi is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and earned an Honours BSc. degree from the University of Toronto, majoring in Mathematical Finance. Outside of the office, he is a dedicated family man, spending most of his time with his wife and young daughter. He also maintains a steady devotion to the Toronto Raptors — proving he’s well-acquainted with the patience required for both long-term investing and Toronto sports.
